Tornado Victim Permit Waivers
The County Board of Supervisors has passed two resolutions waiving certain building requirements for tornado victims. Resolution 2024-08 waives the Conditional Use Permit requirement for an accessory structure being constructed prior to the principal structure, and it also waives the Conditional Use Permit requirement for a mobile home being used as a temporary residence.
